Monarch
Gallery, 158 W. Wheeling St., Lancaster, Ohio, will host the Art
Chats - on the second or third Friday of each month. The public is invited to attend,
at no charge, and hear various artists discuss their art. A variety of
programs are planned for future dates at the Gallery.
